This Policy applies to our customers (“Customers”), individuals who deliver products requested by Customers through E-GETS (“Couriers”) and businesses selling products through E-GETS (“Merchants”).
This Policy will help you to know:
How We Collect and Use Your Personal Information;
How We Share, Transfer and Publicly Disclose Your Personal Information;
How We Store and Protect Your Personal Information;

How We Collect and Use Your Personal Information
1.Information You Provide to Us
1) Sign Up: When you sign up at E-GETS as a Customer, you will have to provide us with your phone number, or if you log in with a third-party APP, we will collect your user name and profile photo from the third-party APP .
Order Information:When you place an order through E-GETS, you may need to provide us with your contact information which may include your name, gender, phone number and address.
3Feedback: When you leave a review for a product/service of any Merchants on E-GETS, we will collect the information you leave and display your user name, your profile photo and the content.
1) Sign Up: When you sign up at E-GETS as a Courier, you will have to provide us with your phone number.
2) Verification: before using our courier service, you will need to provide us with your real name, your ID number and upload an image of your ID. After the completion of the verification, you can be a Courier of E-GETS.
3) You shall guarantee that all data and information provided herein in connection with the Courier service are true and obtained through legal channels. If it contains personal information of a third party, you shall confirm that you have obtained the full and legal authorization of the information owner, and there is no cause / defect / scene that violates laws, regulations or any third party's legal rights.
1) Profile Information: The Merchant shall provide us with the shop name, shop address, the type of the shop, contact name, phone number, picture of the shop and shop LOGO.
2) Shop Information: The Merchant shall provide us with its registered owner’s name, the registered owner’s ID/passport number, photo of the registered owner’s ID/passport, business registration information, catering service permit, product information, product price, business hours.
3) Payment Information: The Merchants shall provide us with the designated bank account information as well as any other information necessary to set up payment.
2.Information We May Collect Through Your Use of Our Service
In order to ensure the security of your account and the operation of the system, we will collect the relevant information generated during the use of our services, including:
I.Log information. When you use our services, we will automatically collect the details of your use of our services and save them as the relevant network logs, including but not limited to your IP address, browser type, language used, version of the operating system, date and time of access, and web page records you requested.
II.Location information. In order to facilitate your discovery of surrounding restaurants, hotels, scenic spots, shopping malls, banks and other life service information, we will provide services for you based on your geographical location (LBS). When you turn on the device location service and use our LBS, we may collect and use your location information to achieve our purpose of providing you with local surrounding life services.
III.Device Information. We may receive and record the relevant device information you use in the process of receiving our service according to your specific authority in the software installation, such as the device model, unique device identifier, operating system, resolution, telecom operator and other software and hardware information.
IV.Camera Authorization. You may turn on the camera permission in your phone system to publish content, upload profile photos, chat on Meiqia and add your address by taking photos or recording videos. If you need to record and publish audio videos, you will need to turn on the microphone permission. You can turn off this function in the system. Once it is turned off, you may not be able to comment, interact, upload profile photos or send picture by taking pictures or videos, but it will not affect your using of the basic functions of E-GETS.
In the process of using our Couriers services, with your authorization, we will obtain your device information, including the device properties, your connection and status information, such as device model, unique device identifier (such as IMEI / Android / IDFA / OPENUDID / GUID, SIM card IMSI information), device MAC address, software list, telecom operator.
In order to provide you with location-based services, we will collect your location information, device location information (such as locate your location based on WiFi, GPS, Bluetooth, base station, sensor information), log information, order information, network information, browsing and searching information for you to receive online orders, manage distribution orders, better complete distribution services, and to ensure your account security and system operation security.
3) When you contact us, we may collect your communication / call record and content or contact information provided by you, so as to verify your identity, contact you, help you solve the problem, or record the solutions and results of related problems.
How We Share, Transfer and Publicly Disclose Your Personal Information
1.We will not share your personal information with any company, organization or individual other than E-GETS, except for:
（1）Obtain your express consent or authorization in advance;
（2）In accordance with the laws and regulations, the need for settlement of litigation disputes, or the requirements by the administrative and judicial authorities according to law.
（3）Share with Related Parties: in order to provide you with consistent services, we may share your personal information with our related parties. However, we will only share necessary personal information. If we share your personal sensitive information or the related parties change the purpose of using personal information, we will ask for your authorization again.
（4）Share with Partners: we may share with business partners the order information, account information, payment information. necessary to provide services for you. Our business partners include:
Supplier / Service Provider. Only for the purpose stated in this policy, we may share your personal information with our suppliers / service providers, including distribution business, technical services, payment services. It may include your contact information, order information, payment information, address information to ensure the smooth completion of the services provided for you.
Merchants. We must share your order information with the necessary transaction information with the Merchants so that they can provide you with goods, services and after-sales services.
2.In order to push new user red envelopes, information and location services and other services, we will access the following third-party SDKs for technical support:
SDK for User: Aurora, Amap, Alipay, Google Map, Mapbox, Bugly, Meiqia, Wechat Pay
SDK for Merchant: Aurora, Amap, Google Map, Bugly
SDK for Courier: Aurora, Amap, Google Map, Bugly
We may choose to use some of the above partners or change partners, so we may adjust the above partners listing.
3.For the above purposes, we will follow the principles of earnestness, legality and necessity to collect and use the following information:
Personal information provided by third-party developers and / or users or directly collected by us;
Personal information generated by the users in the process of using the above SDK products and / or services;
Device information (IMEI/MAC/Android ID/IDFA/OAID/OpenUDID/GUID/SIM card IMSI information): it is used to identify thespecific user and ensure the accurate delivery of message push; optimize push channel resources and integrate message push channel resources.
Network information and location information (IP address, WiFi information, base station information): optimize the network connection request between SDK and server to ensure the stability and continuity of service; enable location service to push nearby goods and service information more accurately.
App installation list information: provide users with intelligent push function so as to push content that is in line with users' needs, and reduce the disturbance of useless push information to users. Users can choose to turn on or off this service.
We will collect personal information with the consent of users. We will specify the purpose of the collected personal information in this policy. If the collected personal information will be used for other purposes not specified in this policy, we will inform the user in a reasonable way and obtain the user's consent again before use.
Pre-download. In order to keep users updated to the latest version of our APP functions, our App includes the pre-download function, that is, the latest version of the APP installation package will be automatically downloaded in the background before the version is officially updated, and it will be automatically installed after the official release.
We will only disclose your personal information in public under the following circumstances and under the premise of taking safety protection measures in line with industry standards:
1.According to your needs, disclose your personal information in the way you expressly agree;
2.We may disclose your personal information publicly according to the required type and disclosure method of personal information when you are required to provide your personal information according to the requirements of laws, regulations, mandatory administrative law enforcement or judicial requirements. Under the premise of complying with laws and regulations, when we receive the request for information disclosure as stated above, we will require to issue corresponding legal documents, such as subpoena or investigation letter.
How We Store and Protect Your Personal Information
I.Storage of Personal Information
1.Storage Period: unless in accordance with laws and regulations or agreed by both parties, we will only store your relevant personal information for the shortest time necessary to achieve the purpose. When you actively log off your account, we will delete your personal information or anonymize it as soon as possible according to the requirements of laws and regulations.
2.Storage Area: your personal information will be stored in Cambodia or Singapore or any server we think is safe.
3.Termination of Operation: in case of termination of operation, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance, and delete or anonymize your personal information after termination of operation.
II.Protection of Personal Information
1.We use encryption protocols and software to protect your personal information during transmission.
2. We will use physical, electronic and procedural protection for the collection, storage and disclosure of personal information.
3.You should protect your password from unauthorized access.
Protection of Children’s Personal Information
In the case of collecting personal information of children by using our products or services with the consent of our parents or guardians, we will only use, share, transfer or disclose this information when permitted by laws and regulations, expressly agreed by our parents or guardians or necessary for the protection of children.
If we find that we have collected personal information of minors without the prior consent of a verifiable parent or legal guardian, we will try to delete the relevant data as soon as possible.
If you want to cancel your account, your account must meet the following conditions:
There are no arrears in the account;
There are no outstanding orders, unpaid orders (services provided) in the account;
There are no disputes, including complaints or reports in relation to the account;
The account can be used normally without restricted records.
If you still wish to cancel your account, please follow the instruction: click “Me – Account–Account Deletion”, and then read and agree with the E-Gets Account Cancellation Agreement in the account cancellation page. After you agree to the agreement, click “confirm” to confirm the cancellation.
The account information, user identification, transaction history, personal information, red pockets, coupons, credits etc. will be temporally saved. Such information will be erased 30 days after your account is canceled.
The time of account cancellation will be displayed when your account is canceled. You can contact us for account restoration. You can log in to your account 3 days after the account is restored.
After account cancellation, we will desensitize the orders involved by the user. All order records associated with the user in the background will display any data such as user account, user name and user mobile phone number, which will be displayed as "cancelled".
Notices and Amendments
If you think that our personal information processing policy damages your legitimate rights and interests, you can contact our customer service through our webpage or mobile APP for settlement, and you can also file a lawsuit to the court with jurisdiction in the domicile of E-GETS.
